MY GUIDING PRINCIPLES

• A mile deep is better than a mile wide. Sustained change & growth is best served up one competency, focus or behavior at a time.

• Start with the end in mind. Greatness starts with clearly defined objectives and measures of success and works backward to translate learning and doing into BEING. 

• Show. Don't tell.  Coaching people through the muddy waters of uncertainty so they self-actualize the "Aha" moments of clarity and confidence is not only meaningful but empowering. 

• Curiosity is the secret sauce. Exploring infinite pathways and modalities to take on new challenges is what brings me to life. I constantly ask myself, "Self, what is the best way to get it done with EXCELLENCE & SIZZLE?"

• People first. Each audience deserves my careful consideration to spark buy-in and build trust.
